Initial Assessment & Treatment
During your first visit, we’ll take a full case history to learn about your health background, lifestyle, and goals, along with a posture photo and a gentle spinal and nervous system examination to identify areas of imbalance or tension. You’ll also receive your first Spinal Flow treatment, where we begin guiding your body to release stored stress and reconnect with its natural healing flow. For the best results, we recommend following up with a series of 12 sessions, which allows your body the time and space it needs to integrate changes and create lasting shifts. After these sessions, we will repeat your posture photo and examination, and provide a full review of your progress so you can see the changes that have taken place.

Your Sessions
Your first session will consist of a full case history, posture photo and examination.
These assessments and spinal flow treatments are carried out with the client being fully clothed.
We recommend following up with 12 sessions. After this we will repeat your posture photo, examination, and review.
What to expect after your first session
You may feel great, you may feel terrible and achy, or you may feel no difference at all. You may also find yourself feeling very emotional over the next day or two – all of these responses are normal and to be expected.
It is the same as when we put on braces to straighten our teeth. They don’t become straight immediately. It takes time to make permanent change.

Walking for 5 minutes after your session is recommended. You have been lying on blocks to balance your sacrum. Your body needs time to adjust to this new position.
